Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask before they buy.
What does Thailand Wildlife Safety AI actually do?+
You take or upload a photo of a snake, spider, jellyfish, insect, plant, mushroom or even a bite/sting on your skin, and our AI tells you what it most likely is, how dangerous it is, and what to do right now.
How accurate is the AI?+
Our model is trained on Thailand-specific species. Confidence is shown with every result. For unclear photos we surface the top 3 most likely matches. It is an aid — never a replacement for a doctor or the 1669 emergency line.
Does it work offline?+
Identification needs internet (the AI runs on our servers), but the species library and first-aid guides are cached for offline reading after your first visit.
Is there a subscription?+
No. You pay once. Lifetime access is ฿395 (about $11). Short trip? The 30-day Tourist Pass is ฿199.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. If the app doesn't work for you, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Is my photo private?+
Yes. Photos are only used to generate your identification result and are not shared, sold, or used to train third-party models. See our Privacy Policy.
What if the AI is wrong?+
Treat every result as a strong hint, not a diagnosis. If you have symptoms, call 1669 immediately. The app exists to help you act faster — not to replace medical care.
Which languages are supported?+
The app interface is in English. Species and guide pages include key information in Thai, Chinese, Russian and German where relevant. More languages are being added.
Who built this?+
An independent team based in Thailand. We also build sister tools for visas, legal templates, insurance and more. Read more on our About page.
