1. Acceptance

By using Thailand Wildlife Safety AI™ ("the App") you agree to these terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your own safety and informational purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, scrape, or rebuild the App.

3. Pricing & refunds

Lifetime access is a one-time fee of ฿395. The Tourist Pass grants 30 days of access for ฿199. If you are unhappy with the App, contact us within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

4. Not medical advice

The App provides educational information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or emergency advice. In an emergency call 1669 (Thailand) immediately. See our full disclaimer.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to incorrect species identification, missed symptoms, or delays in seeking medical care.

6. Account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
