All Thai beaches with rocks/coral.

Symptoms

  • Discoloration

First Aid — DO

  • Soak in hot water/vinegar
  • Carefully remove visible spines
  • Dissolve remaining spines with vinegar soaks

DO NOT

  • DO NOT dig — fragments may dissolve naturally
  • DO NOT walk barefoot on reefs
